Shed Moving Service

We are a family owned and operated business that specializes in moving small barns and storage sheds. We use specialized trailers and equipment to do the job right. We will move buildings in the Springfield - Branson area. The widest building we can move is 12'. The longest building we are able to move is 20'. The tallest building we can move is 11'6". Most sheds are built on runners so they can be moved easily. The ideal width for these runners is 72 inches outside to outside dimension or less on the runners. We can move sheds that have runners that are wider than 72 inches but there is more time and labor to do that, which will increase the price of moving your shed. If you are needing a quote over the phone it is important to let us know the width of these runners. All buildings must be sturdily built in order to move. All buildings need to be empty. We need to be able to back a truck and a trailer up to the building to load the building. There needs to be room to back in and drive out. If your building is 12' wide, we will need at least 14' in width to move the building out. If the truck needs to angle in to get the building we need more width. Please make sure you look up to check for phone lines, tree limbs and house overhangs when checking if we can get the building out.

Wooden Shed Moving

We do all types of wooden shed moving in the Springfield and Branson area. Even with our specialized equipment it is important that the shed or storage building is structurally sound. The process of moving a wooden shed will place a small amount of stress on areas that are joined with screws or nails. Because of our experience and equipment you can be assured that your shed or storage building will be in good shape when we get to it’s new home.

Aluminum or Steel Shed Moving

Aluminum or steel shed moving can be difficult for long distances because you have to drive slowly to prevent damage to the sides of the shed from the wind. If it’s possible to take city or back roads there is generally no problem moving them.
